This class involves working one-on-one with students as well as directing small groups. You will be required to keep a log of your experiences, do outside readings and summarized those readings in formal papers as well as respond to your experiences through essays. You will not have time to do other homework in this class, and presence every day is essential.

In a 300-500 word essay, please tell us a little about yourself and why you want to become a peer tutor. In part of the essay, we would like you to visualize what a typical day of working with students would entail.
