This unit and the next cover an array of artistic developments and styles. For this assignment, choose a painting or sculpture from the period (1800 to 1910) as a model, and do your own version. You do not have to copy it exactly, but your work should be based on the painting or sculpture. In addition, you will have to present your work to the class, tell what work you modeled it on, who the original artist was, and what artistic style it fits.
