Unit Eleven A- The Industrial Revolution
Perhaps no development since the invention of agriculture has had a more profound effect on human life than the Industrial Revolution. It has completely transformed the way much of the world lives. It has altered our environment in ways we are only beginning to understand. The modern Industrial Revolution began in the late 1700s, and initially involved only Europe and the United States.

Your group will do a presentation of 10-15 minutes on your topic. It should include a Power Point presentation with pictures from the period. DO NOT PUT A LOT OF WRITTEN NOTES ON THE POWER POINT. You may choose two or three people to act as spokespersons for your group or everyone can speak. The presentation should address the main concept, and address any of the terms listed with the concept. Don’t limit yourself to the listed terms, but be sure to cover them.
