What is 9-3?

Nine-Three is a required class with intensive work in analytical reading and writing with additional work on grammar and reading based questions.

This course emphasizes development and use of

critical thinking and writing skills and vocabulary

and spelling skills.

Grades will come primarily from:

  • weekly papers

    DOLs

    grammar exercises

    reading comprehension tests

    journals

    drafts

    vocabulary tests
